It’s not often you see Microsoft and Apple taking an agreeable stance on anything, so this latest news must come as a bit of a blow to Adobe. With HTML5 in it’s infancy but growing up fast, and now with two of the biggest names in both mobile and desktop technology turning their backs on it’s core web environment, can Adobe do anything to revive Flash’s plummeting descent into oblivion?

Can anyone (even Brian Blessed with strapped on wings) save Flash this time?
